One of Rik's big questions in life

What comes first consciousness or matter? (Rik felt it was consciousness)

How is the collective consciousness influenced? (ie majority perception of what is real or important in life)

How may people does it take to change things?

What part does media play in the consciousness game?

Rik really wanted to get people talking, waking up and questioning what is important in life rather than people following blindly along a line of whats fed to us by groups who are only after their own personal gain.

Big questions - lets hear your thoughts!

it takes one person to take the first step away from the norm .. but the reaction from others can be quite hurtful .. u have to be strong and very dedicated when u start a journey in a different direction from the others .. u have to be ready with answers to the questions that u will be asked .. u have to be polite and respect others in their way of thinking .. but u have to be able to convince , in an understandable way , that the direction u r taking is a correct one .. the way forward .. which will be of benefit to all .. if u can convince the media to take up your story ... it would be a powerful tool to use .. because I am sorry to say the media is the puppet master !!.. watch the frenzy that can be whipped up by them over really trivial things ... ;o( x

"it takes one person to take the first step away from the norm .. but the reaction from others can be quite hurtful"(auntangie)....that's the point! either the people don't take it serious what you're talking about or they don't pay attention. i've only met a few people who were open to listen to and discuss about it. media formed the consciousness of todays people and to get in contact with the great mass media is the most important tool. the majority think it's easier to follow their big, 'wise' leaders who take the part of thinking for them.
But it's good to see that communities like this gain more and more members which shows that there are enough people who are working for a change in everyones mind.
